Payment Terms & Conditions
AT THE TIME OF BOOKING(s):
  • 1. Confirmation of Booking(s) is subject to Payment of 50% of the Total Booking Amount as Advance in regard to the Receipt of Room Availability Confirmation/ Booking Estimate from us within next 4 working days or the date of Check-In (whichever is earlier).
  • 2. Here, Confirmation of Payment refers to the Receipt of a Confirmation Email by us stating the amount sent by you has been received by us.
  • 3. We will not hold any Inventory in regard to the above Room Availability Confirmation/ Booking Estimate and the said Booking(s) would be Auto-Cancelled in case of Non-Payment of the Advance Amount of the said Booking(s) within next 4 working days.
  • 4. We will NOT be liable in any case whatsoever for any Cancellation of Booking(s) due to Non-Payment of Advance in regard to the said Booking(s) by you within next 4 working days or the date of Check-In (whichever is earlier).
  • 5. In case of cancellations prior to 15days of the Check-In date, the advance booking amount will not be refunded.
  • 6. In case of cancellations after to 15days of the Check-In date, the Agent and/or the Guest will be liable to pay 100% Booking Amount to us.

AT THE TIME OF ARRIVAL AT HOTEL:
  • 1. The Balance Payment in regard to the Total Booking Amount is to be paid by the concern Agent and/or Customer at the time of Check-In and/or during the stay at the Hotel.
  • 2. In case of Non-Payment of Balance Payment even after Check-In, the Guests will not allowed to Check-Out without paying the Balance Payment whatsoever.
